Detective IQ Challenge 2

Rohan was taking a stroll on the road as he feels a hand reaching into his pocket. He turns around and finds a burkha-lad woman stealing his wallet. 

Before Rohan could make a move, she pushes Rohan and attempts to escape hastily. Rohan wastes no time and immediately begins sprinting behind her and they get into a foot chase! Rohan encounters a bucket of paint overturned during his pursuit but manages to jump over it and continues to run behind the wallet-stealing lady 

The woman enters a mall in hopes of getting rid of Rohan but he follows her inside the mall where he is faced with an enormous challenge! He finds 3 women dressed in burkhas! He is left utterly puzzled and bewildered lady. 

"How do I recognize the real culprit?!" He thinks to himself as a million things run through his mind.
